GSAHS remuneration and employment conditions include:

Leave

Generous cumulative leave entitlements, including extra annual leave for work on public holidays, family leave to care for family members, long service leave, sick leave, and leave without pay.

Allowances

There are currently in place a range of allowances and other incentives for some employees working in rural and remote areas. As well a further range of allowances are being developed by the NSW Government. Salary Packaging - Salary Packaging is a legal way of reducing your taxable income resulting in you paying less tax each fortnight.

Superannuation

Employer contribution up to 9 per cent Salary packaging for employee superannuation contributions. First State as the superannuation fund for employees of GSAHS.
