South Australian Employment Terms & Conditions

In South Australia the relevant Industrial Awards determine the working conditions and pay rates and working conditions. These rates and conditions are set by the Department of Health and can be found on its website.

Within the public sector, conditions of employment are negotiated through an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement with the most recent being the Nurses and Midwives of the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2004.
